Vice President of Human Resources

Ken joined the Trillium Healthcare Consulting team in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Human Resources. Ken has 30+ years’ experience in the long-term care industry which began as a floor maintenance person for Beverly Enterprises. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University, Ken began his professional career as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator where he experienced immediate successful results which lasted for nearly 13 years. During his tenure as an Administrator, Ken was awarded the prestigious Beverly Enterprises Award For Excellence, The President’s Award for Quality Care, and numerous Superior Ratings from the State of Florida. In 1997, Ken was promoted to a Regional Director of HR then shortly afterwards became the Vice President of HR for 60 facilities in Florida. He was again promoted to Senior Vice President of HR with oversight for 120+ facilities, a rehabilitation company, and multiple back office operations encompassing nearly 18,000 employees over 17 states for Genoa Healthcare. According to Ken, “I receive tremendous satisfaction in working with individual’s every day and helping them achieve their lifelong career and personal goals”. He enjoys spending time with his dogs, horses, and wife of over 25 years.
