Please meet Sonya Graee, the 2020 Trillium Healthcare Consulting, LLC Employee of the Year.
Sonya has been employed at Premier Estates of Pierce in Pierce Nebraska since December 2007. She is currently the Activities Supervisor and is a major team player within her facility and community. Sonya routinely takes residents on outings, shopping trips and organizes many fun things for the residents to enjoy. Sonya is also known to frequently pick up shifts as a C.N.A. and C.M.A. whenever the need arises.
In 2019, Premier Estates of Pierce had a major flood that meant all the residents and staff had to evacuate
for many months until the facility could be repaired. Sonya played a very big role in insuring our
residents and other staff members were well cared for and helped make this experience successful.
Christian Koenig, the Administrator at Premier Estates of Pierce says “We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful team member at Pierce”.
In the picture attached, Rich Mason-CEO of Trillium was on site to help Christian present the award to Sonya earlier today in Pierce, Nebraska.
Congratulations Sonya…well deserved!
